True Things (2022)

Loosely based on the novel True Things About Me by Deborah Kay Davies, True Things (2022) tells the story of Kate (Ruth Wilson), a woman barely holding down a job working at a benefits office in the English town of Ramsgate. Her personal life is in total shambles and her professional life seems to be heading in the same direction when she meets a man she calls Blond (Tom Burke). Following a quickie on her lunch break that gives her the first thrill she's had in some time, Kate decides to embark on a relationship with a man about whom she knows absolutely nothing. What follows is the very definition of a toxic relationship as Blond withholds information, time, love, and affection all in the name of drawing Kate in closer, only to push her away again and again. It's not hard to see why she'd fall for a cutie like Tom Burke, though, who bares his buns in four phenomenal nude scenes! The truest thing about True Things is that Tom Burke's got a great ass!
