White Bird in a Blizzard (2014)

White Bird in a Blizzard (2014) is the latest film from director Gregg Araki (The Doom Generation). Based on a novel of the same name by Laura Kasischke, the film tells the story of Kat Connor (Shailene Woodley), a teenage girl whose life spirals out of control following the disappearance of her mother (Eva Green). Dissatisfied with her life of repression, she begins to live a carefree and crazy life of which her mother wouldn't approve, but upon returning home from her first year in college, she finally discovers the truth behind her mother's disappearance. This emotional drama is heavy on emotions, but it is light on skin. Shiloh Fernandez checks in with some bare upper body action. He can heat up Mr. Man during a blizzard!
