Zatima (2022-2023)

The four episode miniseries Tyler Perry's Zatima comes to us—as you might have guessed from the title—from writer, director, and creator Tyler Perry, and debuted on BET+ in the Fall of 2022. A spin-off of the popular BET series Sistas, the show's title is a portmanteau of the first names of the central couple Zac Taylor (DeVale Ellis) and Fatima Wilson (Crystal Renee Hayslett). When the show opens, the pair have taken the plunge and moved in together, but little does Fatima know that Zac has an especially shady past, one that they're going to have to confront over and over again as various former lovers and former scorned business partners keep trying to assert themselves into their life. In the show's premiere episode, we get a steamy sex scene where a completely nude DeVale Ellis goes down on Hayslett, but Perry's blocking of the scene keeps us from seeing anything but some side ass, including what definitely should have been a full frontal peek if her leg hadn't kept us from seeing his hog!
