American Psycho (2000)

Wall Street can be very stressful. Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) is a successful banking executive who appears to have his life in perfect order. This includes a strict workout routine, a tedious social schedule, and of course the occasional murder. Based on the Bret Easton Ellis novel that had the USA's literati buzzing, American Psycho (2000) stars a wildly shredded Christian Bale as Patrick Bateman, a greedy, Manhattan based investment banker killing it, and killing, in the Yuppie world of 1987 NYC. Bateman is obsessed with Paul Allen (Jared Leto), the highly successful banker who keeps mistaking Bateman for someone else, gets reservations at all the best restaurants, and has an incredibly sexy business card. After killing some homeless men, he decides to ax Mr. Allen to death after a quick speech about Huey Lewis and the News. Patrick starts to panic when Donald Kimball (Willem Dafoe) is hired to investigate the murder, but everyone around him is so unaware of what's really going on outside of their finance bubble that they can't come close to realizing it was him. That is, if all those murders aren't a figment of Bateman's overactive imagination. Patrick Bateman is obsessed with his looks, from wearing the finest suits to putting on facemasks to maintain his flawless skin. But it's his strict, Spartan-like workout schedule that provides him with one of the hottest bodies ever seen onscreen. Before he got obsessed with Yo-Yo dieting for roles, Christian Bale was absurdly beautiful doing shirtless situps in just a pair of boxers and tanning his gorgeous chest. But it's not just about his sexercising! This flick is also loaded with sex scenes and Batman (err.. Bateman)’s bulging biceps. Bale gets cheeky with us in a few shower scenes, and those bodacious buns seem to pop up on the screen at will. But the most famous scene in the movie is the one where Christian is railing a babe in bed and watching himself in the mirror as he does it. Nobody was returning this video tape back in the 90's without a few rewinds of those scenes! You'll be psyched to see all the skin in American Psycho!
