Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013)

Set in the early ‘80s, the unnecessary sequel Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) follows the mustachioed newscaster Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) as he and his on-and off-screen partner Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate) are at the peak of their popularity. Everything is going well until Ron’s fired from his job by his domineering boss Mack Tannen (Harrison Ford). Meanwhile, Veronica is promoted, sending Ron into a jealous rage that leads to the end of their relationship. While Veronica enjoys her promotion, the audacious announcer is relegated to emceeing a dolphin act at SeaWorld. There’s a silver-lining to Ron’s firing, because he’s offered a television job on a 24-hour news channel and he jumps at the offer, hitting the road in an RV to reunite with his old news crew: Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Champ Kind (David Koechner), and Brick Tamland (Steve Carell). Good times made better by Paul Rudd modeling a pair of tight undies.
