Brutal (2007)

Made at the height of the mid-aughts obsession with torture porn horror movies, Brutal (2007) represents an about face for writer and director Ethan Wiley, who began his career writing the horror hit House (1985) before writing and directing its 1987 sequel. Wiley attempts to appeal to horror hounds by casting cult favorite Jeffrey Combs as the small town sheriff who, along with his sexy young deputy (Sarah Thompson) searches for the source behind the dismembered corpses that keep turning up in his town! Unless you love gore, steer clear of this one and stay right here on Mr. Man to see co-star Cyrus Alexander's shirtless scene, the undeniable highlight of the movie!
