Daredevil (2015-2018)

The Netflix original series Daredevil stars the hunky Charlie Cox as the titular Marvel Comics superhero, a red-suited vigilante of sorts that hits the streets of New York City at night to fight crime. During the day, he’s Matt Murdock, a successful attorney that fights crime in the courtroom. Unlike other superheroes, Daredevil is quite different—he’s blind, thanks to a tragic accident as a child. With his superhumanly heightened senses, no criminal stands a chance against “The Man Without Fear”. While he doles out punishment on the streets alone, he has his trusty law partner Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) to help him on the legal side of things, while the sexy client Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) fills in for his love interest. Compassionate nurse Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson) stitches up the hero and attends to his bruises, challenging Matt’s choices in life. Ol’ horn head faces the battle of his life when he encounters the hefty Wilson Fisk a.k.a. the Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio), the leader of a crime syndicate infecting the Big Apple. 

Daredevil has all the darkness and action one could hope for, but it is disappointingly weak on the nudity. Charlie Cox manages to show off his tight, ab-tastic physique in multiple scenes, but most when he’s getting his wounds treated. This isn’t your father’s Daredevil!
