Egoist (2023)

Egoist is a meet cute Japanese gay romance that delivers everything but the goods! No matter, because the action here is as explicit as it gets without technical nudity. The studly actor Ryohei Suzuki plays a fashion editor named Kosuke who suppressed his gay identity after growing up in a rural village. But he's playing with the big boys now in the big city, so he catches himself not holding back when he meets Ryuta (Hio Miyazawa).
