Faithfully Yours (2022)

The tangled web we weave when at first we plan to use our best friend as an alibi for an affair! In the tight Netflix thriller Faithfully Yours, we meet two best friends, Isabel (Elise Schaap) and Bodil (Bracha van Doesburgh), who have a very unique and provocative arrangement. They claim to go away together on a girls trip each year, but really use the trip as an alibi for sleeping around on their respective husbands. Seems pretty good to us, except when Isabel is murdered at the exact time she's supposedly on her girls trip with Bodil. Of course, their trip never actually existed - it was an excuse for the girls to sleep around. But no one knows this besides the two of them, so naturally Bodil becomes the murder suspect when Isabel turns up dead. Make sense? We'd say that we don't want to be in Bodil's shoes, but she gets to be intimate with the gorgeous Matteo Simoni, so that would be a lie. Matteo Simoni shows off his shirtless body in the movie's only Mr. Man approved scene. Simoni says, get naked next time!
