Going Under (2004)

The S&M-themed drama Going Under (2004) stars Roger Rees as Peter, a married therapist who becomes obsessively attached to his dominatrix, Suzanne (Geno Lechner), who he’s been seeing for two years with the hesitant approval of his wife. But when the whip-snapping, pain-inducing babe unexpectedly quits her dungeon job, Peter simply can’t quit her, so he arranges for some private sessions with Suzanne, an arrangement that goes against his agreement with his wife. Peter’s obsession for pain and Suzanne soon begins to wear thin on his relationship with both his wife and his masochistic mistress, leading to the breakdown of Peter's hold on reality.
