Which is why Sloane and Jackson - a man enduring a similar holiday interrogation from his friends and family - hatch a plan that just might be crazy enough to work. They decide to pretend to be each others' significant others for an entire year at family functions. This way they can lead conflict-free lives, right? Wrong! As luck would have it, Jackson and Sloane develop feelings for each other, and they have to decide whether their arrangement of convenience is more important than true love.
