Love Soup (2005)

The critically acclaimed BBC television dramedy Love Soup (2005) explores the lives of Gil and Alice (Michael Landes and Alice Chenery) in tandem, as they go about the hustle and bustle of working in London. Alice is a modern woman embracing old-fashioned values, working as a manager of a perfume company in a department store. Gil is an American comedy writer who recently moved to England to work on a new television project. Both Alice and Gil have difficulties in love, constantly searching for a perfect partner, even though the audience knows that they would be perfect for each other. The problem is that the perfume beauty and writer never meet, leaving the parties involved frustrated and alone. Unfortunately for us, the soup is lukewarm when it comes to nudity. In an early episode, the handsome Kevin Bishop bares his British bottom in a steamy poking in the backseat of a car. The cute character actor turns the soup into a meaty stew. Yummy!
