Nemesis (1992)

French former naval commando Olivier Gruner stars in Nemesis (1993) by B movie master Albert Pyun. The sci-fi adventure is set in a futuristic Los Angeles which is populated by androids. The plot kicks in when Commissioner Farnsworth (Tim Thomerson) sweet talks retired cyborg cop Alex Raine (Gruner) to return to the force for one last mission: the ex-policeman must hunt down his former lover Jared (Marjorie Monaghan) who is passing important data off to a terrorist group planning to assassinate top government officials. Along the way, he (and we) encounter Angie-Liv (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), Maritz (Brion James), Einstein (Jackie Earle Haley), Germaine (Nicholas Guest), Max Impact (Merle Kennedy), Yoshiro Han (Yuji Okumoto), and the bare bod on Billy (Thomas Jane). Just 31 minutes into the movie, the latter actor displays his naked T&A while enjoying a smoke and a poke with a lucky lady. If that’s not hot enough, the hottie flashes his pleasure vein in a bit part that’s not so itty bitty. In other words, Mr. Jane turns this post-apocalyptic dystopia into a post-climactic utopia! Not to be outdone, Mr. Gruner bares his back, abs and buns as he babbles with some wild-haired woman at the 45-minute mark. Needless to say, he adds thrills to this thriller! Thanks to this pic’s success, the Cyborg saga continues with Nemesis 2: Nebula (1995), Nemesis 3: Prey Harder (1996), Nemesis 4: Death Angel (1996), and Nemesis 5: The New Model (2017). As for the next installment? Mr. Man is waiting with masturbated breath!
