Overboard (1987)

Overboard (1987) is a classic 80s comedy from director Garry Marshall and it remains beloved by many. Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell star in this adorable, quirky romantic comedy that also hands us plenty of views of the young and tanned Kurt Russell shirtless. The plot follows Goldie Hawn as a rich and beautiful heiress with a mean streak. She treats a carpenter that she hired to make a closet on her yacht horribly, making fun of him and attempting to cheat him out of the money that he is owed. She then gets into an accident in which she falls overboard on her big fancy yacht and gets amnesia from it. He decides to have some fun with this outcome and introduces her to his life as a regular working man, convincing her that she is actually married to him. Uh oh! Now she acts as a housekeeper and fill-in mom for his four kids until the truth eventually comes out, but they might actually fall in love along the way. It's really easy to fall in love with Kurt Russell who plays our working man Dean Proffitt. Hey, that's a funny name for a man who wasn't paid a profit for the job in the first place. He is shirtless in two scenes in which he looks gruff, tough, and sexy. The sun looks good on his tanned and toned skin that we get to check out when he lays back on a pool chair. Let's throw those pants overboard!
