Review

Skin Deep (1989) is a comedy from the late 19080s by writer and director Blake Edwards. This hilarious comedy that runs just over an hour and a half stars the one and only John Ritter who has always been so sweet and sexy all at once. In this movie, he plays a writer who is a bit of an asshole. He abuses alcohol, so he is constantly drunk and not pulled together at all. He is also a bit of a womanizer who can't commit and continues to see other women behind his dates' backs. So, yeah, he's not great! He gets into a series of problems with the law and with his ex-girlfriends and with their jealous current boyfriends. Everything comes to a head in this hilarious comedy filled with naughty hijinks and women trying to get even on this very bad and seductive man. Hey, we love a seductive man! We are proud of a seductive man. We need to get close to a seductive man. John Ritter playing Zachary Hutton IS that seductive man. First of all, he is hairy with his tan chest and his bushy beard. He's a beautiful, hairy hunk when he walks around in his gray tighty-whiteys that really showcase his bulge. His hot happy trail takes us on a journey all the way down to that bulge! If only we could hike that trail and get to the treasure buried down in his underwear. We want to get skin deep in John Ritter!
