Not to be confused with the mid-90s Keanu Reeves thriller, The Chain Reaction (1980) is part of the first wave of Ozploitation flicks that brought us Mad Max (1979)—heck even Mel Gibson and Hugh Keyes-Byrne even show up here! Heinrich Schmidt (Ross Thompson) is a nuclear engineer whose plants suffers a minor meltdown, triggering a potential contamination issue with the groundwater. When he attempts to blow the whistle, his bosses at the nuclear plant attempt to have him killed, but when he's rescued by a vacationing Larry (Steve Bisley) and his wife Carmel (Arna-Maria Winchester), they will have unknowingly stepped into a deadly matter! As with any good Ozploitation flick, this one's got plenty of skin from leading man Steve Bisley, who bares all in a trio of sexy scenes, and also shows off his ass in another scene! That'll set off a Chain Reaction... in your pants!
