The Hottest State (2006)

Ethan Hawke's sophomore effort as a director, The Hottest State (2006) stars Mark Webber (Scott Pilgrim, The Laramie Project) as William, a young aspiring actor who is dealing with that most prickly of all dilemmas, falling in love for the first time. William falls hard for aspiring singer and songwriter Sarah (Catalina Sandino Moreno), causing him to put his own ambitions on hold while working hard to make Sarah's dream come true. Along the way, he must also reconcile with the broken relationships he has with both his mother (Laura Linney) and his estranged father (Hawke) whom he hasn't seen in years. In the honeymoon phase of Mark Webber's relationship with Ms. Moreno's character, we're treated to a pair of nude scenes where Webber bares his ass while having missionary sex with her and later flashes frontal while running from the bathroom into the bed! The Hottest State will work you up into your hottest state!
