The Long Good Friday (1980)

Bob Hoskins is a middling English gangster trying to prove he's a bigshot to land his big break in The Long Good Friday (1980). Harold Shand (Bob Hoskins) is a London-based gangster who is convinced that if he can just convince American mafia boss Charlie (Eddie Constantine) that he's the real deal, he'll invest in his plot to redevelop the London docks. The problem is that someone keeps bombing the city, and the mafia has no desire to invest in some construction that's going to explode. Harold becomes obsessed with figuring out what's going on, only for him to find out that it's the IRA, who think that Harold cheated them out of some money and killed a few of their best men. Harold needs to put an end to the bombings and reassure the Americans that he's someone worth investing in before the Yanks get spooked and go back home. Feel free to have a good wank to Harold Shank, since a prime Bob Hoskins plays the gangster. While he isn’t normally thought of as a sex symbol, he looks very good here. Late in the movie, he jumps into the shower, and we get a little backage including the upper half of his round English muffins. That's that good Hos-skin! Paul Barber also gets naked. His scene isn’t very sexy, because he is being tortured, but we do get to see his finely tuned body when he gets pulled out of bed and attacked. He covers his junk with his hand, but he can't' cover his backside! It's a good Friday, but if we got some dong in The Long Good Friday, it'd be an even better one!
