Young Rebels (1989)

Sometimes, we have complicated anti-heroes who have to adapt and change with the course of the story. And sometimes, we have brawny action heroes taking out a group of bad guys with nothing but his guns... and also a firearm. Young Rebels (1992) follows a badass 90's hero trying to bring down a powerful cartel. It's not all that complicated of a movie. But we get to see the jacked Johnny Greenerelaxing in his too tight jeans, and then later appears shirtless while making out with a woman. Lucky girl - come on, look at those muscles and try to tell me they're not beautiful. Meanwhile, Robert D'Zar(who's pretty hot in his own right) also goes shirtless to make out with a woman, but harsher and kinkier.
