Borat

Borat (2006)

Great Nudity!

Review

Kazakhstan’s sixth most famous man and leading television reporter Borat (Sascha Baron Cohen) is sent to the U.S., along with his sidekick Azamat (Ken Davitian) to make a documentary about America in Sascha Baron Cohen's bonkers mockumentary Borat! Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan (2006). Building on the character Baron Cohen created for Da Ali G Show, Borat is a viciously anti-Semitic journalist sent to document life in the USA. Mixing real pranks and fake setups, after New Yorkers negatively react to the foreigner’s follies, Borat heads to California to make Pamela Anderson his bride, or as he puts it "My-ah wife!" During his chaotic cross-country trek, the mustached maniac manages to make enemies with mortgage brokers, fundamentalist Christians, politicians, weathermen, acting coaches, feminists, frat bros, and everyone in between. Baron Cohen’s pain is our comedic gain in this flick that had America mimicking the Borat voice as everyone repeated his iconic quotes. As legendary as the green Borat mankini became, nothing was more shocking that the naked fight scene between the quite large and in charge Davitian and the slim Sascha. In an ultra-hilarious, homoerotic, super hairy scene, Davitian and Cohen begin a nude-for-all brawl after Davitian is caught jerking it to one of Pam's old Playboy spreads. There's tons of ass, dick and balls in this slobberknocker that'll have you drooling! The two end up in all sorts of insane positions, with bare asses in each other's faces and stuff that sure looks like sex. But the fight isn't contained to the bedroom. Mr. Man's favorite mano a mano scene ends up in the elevator, and eventually in the packed convention hall of their hotel. Vaaa-ry Nice! The sequel wasn't as skinful, but when it comes to Borat there’s plenty of Kassakhstan to be seen in this monumental mockumentary.
