Breathless (1960)

Breathless (1960) is a French crime drama directed by Jean-Luc Godard and starring Jean-Paul Belmondo, Jean Seberg, and Daniel Boulanger. Originally titled À bout de souffle, this film follows an irresponsible small time car thief who impulsively murders a police officer who pursues him after he steals a car. After the murder, the man tries to convince his American girlfriend to run away with him to Italy before he is captured by the authorities, now hot on his tail.
