This Sporting Life (1963) follows a rugby athlete who is a rising star, but he struggles to find meaning in his life through his sport. He starts acting out and even seduces his own landlady to add new purpose to his life. Richard Harris and Colin Blakely are both shirtless in a shallow pool as they start wrestling each other. This homoerotic scene has us hoping for a peen slip, but we don't get to see these boys play (with their) ball(s). What a tease!
