Magic Mike (2012)

As the titular character, Channing Tatum became a star in  Steven Soderberg’s striptastic Magic Mike (2012), not to be confused with the film’s sequels Magic Mike XXL (2015) and Magic Mike’s Last Dance (2023). The original flick centers around Mike Lane (Tatum), aka “Magic Mike.” He’s a 32-year-old Floridian who roofs houses by day and performs with a troop of male strippers at night. The beefy dancer wants to get out of the show to start a furniture-making business, but his crummy credit rating crushes his dream despite having a sizable wad. He also has money for a down payment! When fellow construction worker Adam (Alex Pettyfer) aka “The Kid” follows Mike to the club one night, the handsome hunk hits the stage as a substitute rump shaker. And, as you can guess, he becomes a smashing success! Eventually, he hones his skills of partying, picking up women and making easy money. Along the way, we’re entertained by the flesh-flashing men on camera. Mike, Adam, Big Dick Richie (Joe Manganiello), Ken (Matt Bomer), Tarzan (Kevin Nash), and Tito (Adam Rodriguez) light up the screen with their awesome abs and hot buns in multiple scenes. The R-rated movie also includes Olivia Munn, Riley Keough, and a be-thonged Matthew McConaughey. Alright, alright, alright! Suffice it to say, these chiseled gents will tempt and tease the members on audience members with their gym-built physiques. In other words, their hard bodies will make you hard as they provide fantasy fodder for your own magical moments. Abracadabro!
