Marfa Girl (2012)

Since the release of Kids (1995) and Ken Park (2002), controversial filmmaker Larry Clark returned with the provocative pic Marfa Girl (2012), not to be confused with its sexy sequel Marfa Girl 2 (2018). Set in the titular West Texas town, the drama follows Adam (Adam Mediano), an aimless, butt-baring and sex-obsessed 16-year-old in the days of his fast approaching birthday. When Adam isn’t brushing off advances from his flirtatious teacher Miss Jones (Lindsay Jones) or getting high with his girlfriend Inez (Merecedes Maxwell), he’s running scared of Tom (Jeremy St. James), a sinister boarder patrolman with major sexual hang-ups and an obsession with the teen’s Hispanic background. Of course, we’re not scared of him since the skinastic actor shows off his abs, ass, shaft and sack! Yes, this flick features a lot of flesh! As such, Mr. St. James exposes every inch of his body (including a big ol’ boner) when he receives a beat down in the buff. If that’s not arousing enough, Chachi (Richard Covurrubias) and Erik (Erik Quintana) go full frontal while getting sketched by an artsy chick. Not to be outdone, Oscar (Jimmy Gonzales) bares his rump during a hump with a lucky lady. The same can be said for Rodrigo (Rodrigo Lloreda) who goes all-points naked as he bangs his gal pal 54 minutes into the movie. Considering all of the nudity, it’s no surprise the pic won the Marcus Aurelius Award for Best Film at the Rome Film Festival. We saw, we came, Clark conquered!
