Redline (1997)

Set in a future version of Moscow, Redline (1997), also known as Deathline, tells the story of smuggler John Wade (Rutger Hauer). John lives a dangerous life sneaking microchips into Russia but fails to see that the real danger lies in the actions of his double-crossing partner Merrick (Mark Dacascos). A total dick, Merrick kills John and his girlfriend Marina (Yvonne Scio), only for the Russian government to decide to make John their guinea pig in a brand-new program that brings people back to life. It works, and soon enough John has escaped their clutches and is making a beeline to his old partner in crime. But when he starts to think back at how easy it was to escape the Russians, then runs into a hooker who looks just like his dead girlfriend, John starts to question what's really going on here. A largely forgotten straight to video action flick, the bottom line is Rutger doesn’t have any nude scenes in this one. That opportunity for skin was lost like tears in the rain. But don't cry, Mark Dacascos is here to save the day! Before he was in the John Wick movies, Mark cooked up a steamy plate of sexy while relaxing in a Russian bathhouse. He crawls out of his tub and walks across the room dripping wet with his perfect, firm Hawaiian buns on full display. With just the right pause you might even catch a stray pube or two from his bush since all he is wearing a small, well-placed hand towel. When he's done strolling, he grabs some long-haired loser by the throat. Choke us next Dacascos daddy! We also get a great shot of Mark looking pretty calm while some busty babe rides on top of him, before the man he killed ruins the fun by showing up and pulling a gun. Cockblocking? Murderer or not, that's a line Mr. Man refuses to cross! Redline had us dreaming of being in bed with a man that fine!
