The Ark (2023-2024)

The ambitious science fiction series The Ark was so big that SyFy and Peacock had to team up to bring us a second season in the summer of 2024, a full year and a half after the series premiered. Created by Dean Devlin (Independence Day, Geostorm), the show follows the crew of one of those fabled arks of conspiracy theorists' wet dreams, the ones that all the millionaires and billionaires are going to board in the event of Earth coming to a catastrophic end. So yeah, it's one of those and the crew is awoken from hyper-sleep when an accident occurs on board, leaving them as the only ones alert on a ship that's still a hundred years away from its final destination!

They were smart to populate the series with at least one hunk, played by Richard Fleeshman, who goes shirtless often to show off his phenomenal physique! We need a lot more like him if we're going to successfully repopulate this new planet!
