The Dare Project (2018)

Mr. Man dares you not to get into The Dare Project (2018). As a follow up to Dare (2005), the groundbreaking short film about young gay love, this sexy sequel finds our two main guys reunited thirteen years later. What’s amazing is the same actors — Michael Cassidy and Adam Fleming — reprise their roles as Johnny and Ben, respectively. It’s kind of like Richard Linklater’s Before Sunrise (1995) and Before Sunset (2004) pics starring Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy, except the characters in the Dare flicks are gay instead of straight. Regardless, it’s so rewarding to see how Cassidy and Fleming have grown from being young sexy twinks to sexier mature dudes. In the first film, Ben and Johnny have a chance meeting at a pool which results in a near blowjob. Now that they have reunited by another pool, will there be the same sexual arousal? No need to raise your hand (or another part of your anatomy) since this is a rhetorical question. In other words, it certainly seems so to us since Fleming flaunts his body in several scenes. In fact, the bottomless babe receives fellatio from a butt-baring Brandon (Justin Cone) just 16 minutes into the movie! If that’s not erotic enough, a topless Cassidy struts his stuff in bathing trunks. The same can be said for Justin (Adam Hagenbuch) who flashes his washboard abs.
