Burning Desires (2002)

To make some extra money, a husband and wife Judd and Beth (Jason Schnuit and Kirstin Pierce) begin renting out rooms in their home, leading to a variety of sexcapades in the erotic thriller Burning Desires (2000). The fun soon comes to an end when a stripper is discovered murdered in the house, trapping the randy landlords in a wicked web of infidelity and homicide. Sebastian Guy sets off a flesh bomb in this soft-core romp. In multiple scenes, we see his gym-made body flex and grind as he pumps his way through strippers.
