Recently retired American anti-terrorist agent Jack Quinn (Jean-Claude Van Damme) spends his days living in leisure, sitting by the pool with his pregnant wife Katherine (Natacha Lindinger). But when international terrorist Stavros (Mickey Rourke) resurfaces, the CIA comes calling for Jack to get back in to the game. When Jack comes out of retirement and tries to ambush his archenemy, he gets captured, along with his wife and son, and things go from bad to worse. After escaping, the rusty agent recruits Yaz (Dennis Rodman), a flamboyant arms dealer to rescue his family and kill Stavros. After all his movies showing skin, Van Damme finally shows his big Brussel---kinda. At the start of the film, the martial arts model emerges from a swimming pool, wearing a pair of wet and clingy grey boxers, clearly capturing the outline of his half-erect heat seeker. Van Damn, he’s hot!
