Good Fortune (2025)

Good Fortune is a 2025 comedy written and directed by Aziz Ansari in his feature-length directorial debut. The story centers on Gabriel, a well-meaning but bumbling guardian angel played by Keanu Reeves, who tries to teach struggling gig worker Arj (Ansari) that money doesn’t guarantee happiness by magically swapping his life with that of his wealthy boss, Jeff (Seth Rogen). When you swap the lives of people this different, laughs are all but guaranteed! Keke Palmer is also here as Elena, a coworker and potential love interest who advocates for better working conditions, while Sandra Oh rounds out the A-list cast as Martha, an angelic figure involved in Gabriel’s trials. The trifecta of male leads - Ansari, Rogen, and Reeves - all find opportunities to get shirtless in Good Fortune! Good fortune for all of us, indeed.
