Universal Soldier: The Return (1999)

Jean-Claude Van Damme is back to kick more ass in Universal Soldier: The Return (1999). Van Damme’s Luc Deveraux is the only survivor of the original Universal Soldier Team. He is now working with a group to develop the new generation of super soldiers that will be controlled by a computer known as SETH. When the government decides that the program is too dangerous they order it shut down. SETH, however, has other plans and unleashes all of the super soldiers to defend it from Van Damme and those who may want to shut it down.

Bill Goldberg brings the muscles to the screen when he rips his shirt off and proceeds to kick some ass in a hospital while his bulging muscles ripple. Michael Jai White is one of the new super soldiers and he looks amazing with no shirt on. As he wakes up in a lab we see his muscular upper body complete with six pack abs as he stands up shirtless and talks.
