Doctor Mordrid (1992)

Planet Earth exists within an interdimensional collection of worlds, only they naturally don't know it. Dr. Mordrid (Jeffrey Combs), a sorcerer acting as a Manhattan super, does, though, and he's here to keep the world safe. When an evil sorcerer named Kabal (Brian Thompson) tries to infilitrate from an evil dimension elsewhere, it's up to Dr. Mordrid to save the day. 

This becomes difficult when he's framed for murder and is held captive in prison, though. It's up to Mordrid's girlfriend to save Planet Earth—and the universe as a whole. Thompson spends a portion of the flick performing a ritual shirtless, as sorcerers are wont to do, showing off his flowing locks and bulging biceps. Why is it that are villians are so attractive?
