Rough (2012)

Filmed in Germany and set in an isolated village, Rough outlines the risqué relationship that blossoms between two unlikely lovers. Tanja (Birge Schade), a tortured 43 year old artist from Munich and Thore (Daniel Michel), an in-experienced 15 year old village boy meet and instantly become drawn to one another. Although one may believe that their age difference would welcome a long list of age related relationship issues, the two sex-charged love birds surprisingly have no problem with expressing both their love and attraction to one another.

Daring to explore the misconceptions that surround the concept of the appropriate age for both love and sex, Rough shines an interesting light into the realm of taboo love affairs, all the while pushing the limits and begging the question of what is truly right and wrong on regards to the not always so simple act of falling in love.
