A pet rat releases a family’s pent-up perversions in Sitcom (1998). A father (François Marthouret) and mother (Évelyne Dandry) are living a quiet middle class life with their teenage kids, Sophie (Marina de Van) and Nicolas (Adrien de Van). One day the father decides to purchase a pet rat, and after each family member encounters the rat they are inspired to act out the darkest fantasies. Nicolas comes out as gay, which his mother tries to cure by sleeping with him, Sophie becomes suicidal and very interested in S&M, and even the maid Maria (Lucia Sanchez) gets in on the action with Sophie’s boyfriend. Don’t be fooled by the schlong between the mounds scene between Stéphane Rideau and Lucia—it’s a prosthetic peen. Also along for the ride is Nicolas' friend, played by Sébastien Charles, who hauls a pile of zucchinis up to the bedroom in his bulge baring undies for a sexy snack. The real glory comes in the form of Adrien de Van’s vainglorious glutes in an incestuous bathtub scene. This Sitcom will give you growing pains in all the right parts of your pants!
