The Doom Generation (1995)

It’s hard to feel sorry for an entire age group when they are already so accomplished at feeling sorry for themselves, but it’s even harder to tear your eyes away from the visceral action and reactions that propel the narrative thrust of The Doom Generation (1995). It is not stealing any of director Greg Araki’s thunder or the film’s suspense to reveal that festivities culminate in a brutal sex scene that is balanced out with an equally harsh castration. The proceedings begin with three characters—Red (Johnathan Schaech), White (James Duvel), and Blue (Rose McGown)—embarking upon a transgressive road trip. Rough sex occurs along the way. If learning about a film’s conclusion prior to being given the details of its beginning causes you consternation, your head will spin when you watch this film. James Duvel shows sack and seat when he hops in the tub with a worked up Rose. Also, with a little help of your pause button, you can get a good glance at James’ half-erect lance. While watching a couple copulate, Johnathan shows his meat seat and milks his manhood to completion. Afterwards, the pud pulling peeping Tom eats his protein puddle. He’s my kind of guy! Dewey Weber goes nude, except for a sock over his schlock, and bares his rump. The generation might be doomed, but there is a redemptive amount of nudity to save us all.
