Set in Manhattan in 1998, the gay drama Keep the Lights On (2012) follows Danish documentary filmmaker Erik Rothman (Thure Lindhardt) as he first crosses paths with Paul Lucy (Zachary Booth), a closeted lawyer working in the publishing field, through a phone sex hotline. Lucky! It’s love at first sight/talk, and the two instantly hit it off, quickly leading to a relationship. The two move in together and seem like they're going to become the perfect couple, but soon enough Erik discovers that Paul has a somewhat manageable crack habit, and Paul discovers that Erik has a sex addiction. But while Paul struggles with his narcotic demons, Erik’s documentary-making career takes off during their decade-long relationship, leading the two to experience a series of highs and lows that sees Paul enter rehab, the couple deal with a few HIV scares, and the on again off again pair to break up and reunite more often than you could imagine. Based on writer-director Ira Sachs' real life relationship with literary agent turned novelist Bill Clegg, the emotional flick doesn’t disappoint in regard to nudity. The kind of dude we'd like to do more than kiss at the kissing booth, Zachary Booth bares both his peen and ass in three different scenes. Zachary gets it on with Thure Lindhardt twice, as well as with Christopher Lenk, which lets us see his ass and dong in all sorts of different sexy positions. We'd love to get a taste of that Danish anytime! On the other hand, Lindhardt never lets us see his long and hard piece, but he does show his butt during a bedroom hook-up. Add some extra bunnage from Sebastian La Cause during a doing crack and showing crack party, as well as some underwear-clad action from Christopher Lenk and Keep the Lights On will have you taking your pants off!
